Toyota Libya F.Z.C. was established in Misurata Free Zone in 2010 as an exclusive distributor of Toyota products such as vehicles and spare parts for the Libyan market, and we are 100% subsidiary of Sumitomo Corporation, Japan.

Ever since its establishment, we have been providing the highest quality products and service, and developing our Dealer network, and trying to satisfy our customers in Libya. Moreover, we have been considering ourselves as a part of Libya, and we are always staying and growing together with Libyan society in the past, present, and future.

We wish our activities will contribute to Libyan society, and also contribute to strengthening and expanding mutual cooperation between Libya and Japan.

Toyota Libya F.Z.C was established on January 4th, 2010, (which was the date when the license was issued) inside Misrata Free Zone, by Sumitomo Corporation (Japanese Company) under the approval of Misrata Free Zone according to Law No.9. Toyota Libya is appointed by Toyota Motors Corporation as an authorized and exclusive distributor of Toyota Products in Libya.

Toyota Libya currently has a head office inside Misrata Free zone, in Misrata-Libya, Tripoli Tower, Tripoli-Libya, a representative office in Istanbul, Turkey. With more than 90 Employees; with a percentage of 83% Libyan employees.

Toyota Libya Had Constructed the Following Facilities Inside Misrata Free Zone:

Training Center for General Repair	(1,800 m2)
Training Center for Body Repair & Paint	(1,800 m2)
Pre-delivery Inspection Center	(1,800 m2)
Spare Parts Warehouse	(3,000 m2)
Vehicles Stock Yard	(25,000 m2)

The Above-Mentioned Facilities are Being Utilized for the Following:

To supply Toyota Products which are of uniform quality and which adhere to the highest standards of safety.
To promptly act upon any customer’s demand to supply Toyota Products, and to ensure that all Toyota products supplied are evaluated thoroughly by Toyota regarding their suitability for the Libyan environment, weather, road conditions and quality of fuel.
To train and educate not only Libyan technicians but also Libyan employees to develop their professional skills which will enable them to contribute to the continued development of Libyan society.
To maintain close communication with Toyota Libya’s customers and if required, to ensure quick and prompt action, including appropriate solutions for any technical problems.

To achieve the above points, Toyota Libya is working to implement a Toyota Authorized Dealer Network which has a 3S Facility (Showroom, Service and Spare Parts) in each major city inside Libya in adherence to Toyota Standards.
