Toyota Libya Welcomes the Fifth Batch of Trainees in the Discover Your Talent Program for Body and Paint


Toyota Libya has welcomed eight trainees at its headquarters in the Misrata Free Zone as part of the fifth batch of the Discover Your Talent training program in the field of body and paint.

They will receive training on the fundamentals of body and paint skills for eight weeks under the supervision of certified trainers from Toyota Japan, at a training center equipped according to Toyota’s standards.

It is worth noting that Toyota carries out these activities as part of its contribution to developing Libyan youth and integrating them into the labor market. To date, 23 batches have graduated from this training program in general mechanics, in addition to four previous batches in body and paint.

Building Skills for the Future

On Thursday, July 3, 2025, the graduation certificates were handed over to six trainees from the fourth patch of the “Discover Your Talent” training program, specializing in Body and Paint, at Toyota Libya’s headquarters in the Misrata Free Zone.

This program aims to support graduates of higher technical institutes by equipping them with essential practical skills and increasing their employment opportunities, thereby contributing to the development and service of the Libyan community.

Toyota Libya Celebrates Graduation of the 23rd Batch of the Discover Your Talent” Program

On May 29, 2025, Toyota Libya held a graduation ceremony at its headquarters in the Misrata Free Zone for 12 trainees from the 23rd batch of the “Discover Your Talent” training program.

This program reflects Toyota Libya’s commitment to supporting and empowering Libyan youth by providing valuable training opportunities for graduates of higher technical institutes. The initiative aims to enhance their skills and increase their chances of contributing effectively to the workforce across various sectors.

The ceremony was attended by the company’s managers and staff, who joined in celebrating the graduates’ achievement.

Toyota Libya Launches Fourth Batch of “Discover Your Talent” Program in Body & Paint

On April 20, Toyota Libya welcomed eight trainees at its headquarters in the Misrata Free Zone as part of the fourth batch of the “Discover Your Talent” training program, specializing in automotive bodywork and painting.
The trainees will receive eight weeks of hands-on training in the fundamentals of body and paint skills, under the supervision of certified trainers from Toyota Japan. The training is conducted at a center fully equipped to meet Toyota’s international standards.

It is worth noting that Toyota Libya carries out these initiatives as part of its ongoing commitment to support the development of Libyan youth and help integrate them into the local job market. So far, the company has graduated 23 groups in general mechanics, in addition to three previous batches in body and paint specialization.

The Launch of the 23rd Batch of the “Discover Your Talent” Program

Toyota Libya’s Training Center welcomed today the 23rd batch of the “Discover Your Talent” training program, which was launched in 2012 and has since graduated more than 330 trainees.

This training program was initiated by Toyota Libya as part of its contribution to supporting Libyan youth. Participants receive training on the fundamentals of automotive maintenance according to Toyota standards, in addition to courses in English language, computer skills, and report writing.

It is worth mentioning that the participants were selected through the Ministry of Technical and Vocational Education, and they are graduates of higher institutes and technical colleges.

Graduation Ceremony for the 22nd Batch of the “Discover Your Talent” Training Program

On the 19th of February, at the headquarters of Toyota Libya in the Misrata Free Zone, a graduation ceremony was held for 11 trainees from the 22nd batch of the “Discover Your Talent” training program.

Through this program, Toyota Libya aims to provide support and contribute to the development of the Libyan community by offering training opportunities to graduates of higher technical institutes, enhancing their chances of serving the country in various fields.

The ceremony was attended by company managers and employees, a delegation from the Ministry of Technical and Vocational Education, and the graduates’ families.

The 4th National Service Advisors Competition was held on November 26 at the training center of Toyota Libya, with the participation of four service advisors from the company’s authorized dealers.
This type of competition is organized to enhance the quality of services provided by the dealers, aiming to ensure the satisfaction of Toyota’s valued customers.
We wish all participants the best of luck, and we would like to note that the winner of this competition, along with the results of previous competitions, will be announced at the beginning of December, God willing.

The 4th National Technicians Competition at Toyota Libya

The 4th National Technicians Competition was held at the training center of Toyota Libya, with the participation of five technicians from the company’s authorized dealers.

The event was attended by several employees of the dealers, as well as managers and staff from Toyota Libya.
This type of competition is organized to enhance the quality of services provided by the dealers and ensure the satisfaction of Toyota’s valued customers.
The winner of this competition, along with the results of other competitions, will be announced at the beginning of December.

Toyota Libya Organizes Sales Skills Competition to Enhance Service Quality

As part of Toyota Libya’s ongoing efforts to enhance service quality and elevate customer experience, the company organized a Sales Skills Competition for the employees of its authorized dealers on the 24th of November. This competition aims to develop the skills of sales teams and improve their ability to meet customer expectations more effectively, in line with the high-quality standards upheld by Toyota.

Toyota Libya Celebrates the Completion of the Customer Relations and Communication Skills Training Course

Today, at the Toyota Libya office in Tripoli, a small ceremony was held to present certificates for the recently completed online course on customer relations and communication skills.

A total of 14 trainees participated in this training course, which aimed to enhance their customer relations, communication skills, and complaint handling. They were also introduced to the history of Toyota and the Toyota Way.

It is worth mentioning that Toyota is a pioneer in customer service, and Toyota Libya strives to transfer these expertise to individuals and institutions in the country to improve and elevate service standards.
