The Third training course of (Customer Relations) provided by Toyota Libya -in partnership with the United Nations Development Program and the European Union- has been completed.
The course included a group of trainees from all over Libya.
Through this course, Toyota Libya contributed to transferring its expertise in the field of customer relations to a group of young people to create job opportunities for them.
The number of trainees is 36 trainees, divided into 3 courses.
The course were online and for a period of two weeks for each course, the courses were provided by a number of qualified trainers, who have long experience in this field.
A small online ceremony was held on the occasion of the completion of the courses, in the presence of representatives of the United Nations Development Program and representatives of the European Union.
Qatar’s Nasser Al-Attiyah and his French co-driver, Mathieu Baumel, successfully defended the Dakar title they won for TOYOTA GAZOO Racing (TGR) in 2022, when they brought their GR DKR Hilux T1+ over the finish line of the final stage of Dakar 2023 on 15 January. The pair lost 5min 41sec to the stage winners, but that hardly mattered, as they sealed the overall victory with a winning margin of 1hr 20min 49sec.

Toyota Motor Corporation is considered the leader in several areas, most notably customer relations, and as a contribution from Toyota Libya F.Z.C. in transferring these experiences to Libyan youth to create job opportunities for them, Toyota Libya intends, in partnership with the United Nations Development Program, to hold an online training course in the field of customer relations. This course is supervised by qualified trainers who have received their training at Toyota Motor Corporation Training Facilities.
On Thursday, 24th November, Toyota Libya F.Z.C. held a graduation ceremony for the 18th group of the “Discover Your Talent” training program, which included 19 graduates, and held at the Radisson Blu hotel in Tripoli, with the attendance of the families of the graduates, as well as representatives of the United Nations Development Program, the European Union and the Ministry of Local Government.
The event included the announcement of the second Internship Training programme, which is held at the authorized Dealer workshops, this training is for 11 trainees in the field of vehicle maintenance. There was also an award announcement for the Authorized Dealer Service Advisors who participated in the second national skill contest for Toyota Service Advisors.
The Second National Skill Contest was held in October 2022 by Toyota Libya F.Z.C. at its Headquarters Training Facility for service advisors between four contestants from its Authorized Dealer Network.
The title of Champion of the Second National Contest for Service Advisors was Mr. Muhammad Al-Nihom – Service Advisor at Mas Company in Benghazi.
The contest is part of the activities required by Toyota Motor Corporation Japan for excellence in customer service.
The contest covered customer reception, and vehicle delivery to the customers after completion of the work requested and in accordance with Toyota standards.

On Thursday, 10-11-2022, DCAC ceremony was held at MAS Showroom, Toyota Libya’s authorized dealer in Benghazi, to honour the two winners of the DCAC international Award in the age group of less than 8 years, in addition to the previous awards which they received in the local tournament in Libya. Each winner received a financial prize equivalent to $3,000.

This award was presented by Toyota Japan as compensation for Japan trip cancelation due to the Corona pandemic and the closure of Japan to foreign visitors until further notice. We encourage all children to participate in this year’s competition, which will start next week, God willing.
TOYOTA GAZOO Racing held the world premiere today of the GR Corolla RZ and GR Corolla Morizo Edition. The GR Corolla RZ is the Japanese-market trim level of the all-new GR Corolla unveiled in April. Toyota Libya F.Z.C. launched its Eighteenth (Discover Your Talent) Technical Training course at its Head Quarter’s Training Center facility in Misrata Free Zone with the partnership of the United Nations Development Project (UNDP) under the sponsorship of the European Union. Toyota Libya strongly believes in social contribution and faithfully continues to contribute to building the Libyan society.
The course includes twenty trainees from seven different cities: Tripoli, Gharyan, Msalata, Zliten, Benghazi, Al Bayda, and Misurata.
The course lasts for twelve weeks, during which the trainees will receive practical training in car maintenance in addition to computer skills, writing technical reports and English language.
